Energising Through English, COURSE B - English and Mindfulness
This unique, one-week course explores how we can reduce stress and anxiety at work and in every other aspect of our lives.
What do we we do?
We help you to improve your command of English and at the same time, discuss with you the value of Mindfulness in our lives. In the afternoons and evenings, we visit places and events of interest in and around Dublin and the countryside, just like Course A!
You return home with a) better English and b) a new perspective on how to find joy in your work and in your life!
